LIS Test cases

The LIS test cases provide a suite of cases involving LDT, LIS, and LVT that build off each case given. These test cases work with our latest LIS code available our LISF GitHub page.

LIS Input Data

A number of sample input data are provided along with the LIS testcases on the test cases webpage.

Bug Reports

The LIS team is committed to stopping bugs in their tracks! If you experience an error while running LIS, please request help at our GitHub LISF discussions forum.

Please provide a description of the problem, including any error messages, and attach full copies of any relevant supporting files, such as:

For LIS:

lis.config
lislog.0000
MODEL_OUTPUT_LIST.TBL
configure.lis (in your make directory)

For LDT:

ldt.config
ldtlog.0000
configure.ldt (in your make directory)

For LVT:

lvt.config
lvtlog.0000
configure.lvt (in your make directory)

If you run in parallel mode, please also check other lislog.???? files (particularly at the end of these files), and attach one of them as well if it shows an error message not shown in the lislog.0000 file.

Also, please also provide any error messages shown on the screen (if run at the command line), or in your job's standard output/error files (if run via a job submission system).
